MMIED or Marathwada Mitramandal’s Institute of Environments & Design’s College of Architecture, Lohegaon, was established in the year 2017. The Institute offers two courses: B.Arch and Diploma in Interior Design. Bachelor of Architecture is a full-time course of five years at the UG level, while admission to this programme is based on merit & entrance exam. The other course is the diploma in Interior design, and students who want to get admission into this course should have passed class 10th & 12th from any recognised board with a minimum of 45 to 50% marks.
Students belonging to the Open Category need to pay INR 1,09,500 for admission, while OBC students need to pay INR 59,728 & SBC/ST/NT students have to pay INR 9,955 to get admission into the B.Arch course.

Students seeking admission to the courses offered by the Institute should fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned below:
Candidates who want to get admitted into the Architecture course should have passed class 12th in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects, or passed as a 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
The candidate needs to qualify for an entrance exam in Architecture, conducted either by NTA (JEE) or NATA, conducted by the Council of Architecture.
The MMIED College of Architecture placement cell makes sure that students get placed in some of the top Architecture and Design firms. Additionally, the placement rate for this Institute ranges from 60 to 70%.
