Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology offers Placement to its students in top companies like Adani, Accenture, Google, HCL, Amazon, and many others. Candidates who have completed their two-month internship and have at least 75% attendance will be allowed to appear in the campus recruitment process. The placement cell of the Institute conducts various sessions and workshops to develop the soft skills which is beneficial for the students in the corporate world. Also, the cell conducts mock interviews and a written test, which is to practice the aptitude. Registration: Students who have completed a 2-month internship and have a minimum 75% attendance are eligible for the Campus recruitment. Those students have to register themselves for the placements.
Online Assessment: Eligible candidates are then shortlisted based on the written assessment, which purely depends on the Company.
Group Discussion: The shortlisted candidates are invited for the next step, which is a group discussion.
Interview: The shortlisted candidates are then called for the Interview on the campus, in which they also have to carry documents like a CV, an Internship certificate, an ID Card, etc.
Offer Letter: The Selected candidates will receive an offer letter from the company that the students have to join later on.
