MERI New Delhi BA (JMC) is a three-year full-time course, and candidates must have completed 10+2 with an aggregate of 50% marks. Admission is through the IPU CET. For the B.Com (Hons.) program, candidates must have passed 12th and secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from the CBSE board, or the Senior School Certificate Examination of C.B.S.E., with a pass in five subjects (one language and four electives). Equivalent qualifications include the Board with five written subjects, or the Indian School Certificate Examination (12 years) conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi. Examinations from foreign boards or universities recognised as equivalent to the CBSE 10+2 or Indian University standards are also accepted. Candidates who are interested in BCA must have passed Class 12th from the CBSE board or an equivalent board with an aggregate of 50% marks, including a pass in English as a core subject, and must have studied Maths, Computer Science, or a related subject. Candidates with a three-year diploma in any branch of engineering from an AICTE-approved polytechnic affiliated with a recognised board, with an aggregate of 50% marks, can also apply for the BCA program.
