Regarding the placement process, the institute has set clear rules and guidelines that must be followed by all students. These rules will be strictly applied by the institute. If any exception is required, it will be considered individually, and the final decision will be taken by the institute’s management.

Students who do not participate in placement opportunities provided to them for four consecutive companies must contact the Placement Cell authorities and explain the reason for not participating.
Special Case: If a student already has a job offer and gets another offer with a 50% higher package than the current one, he/she may be allowed one more chance to participate in the placement process for that particular company.
All shortlisted candidates are required to join the organization. However, if a student is unable to join due to certain circumstances, the situation will be reviewed, and a decision will be taken accordingly.
If any student decides not to join a company after selection, they must inform the Training & Placement Cell and provide a valid reason.
Strict disciplinary action will be taken if any student is involved in wrong activities that negatively affect the placement process. Such behavior may include:
Poor performance during the interview process or misbehavior with the interviewer.
Speaking negatively about the institute or harming its reputation within the organization.
Cheating during aptitude tests, which may involve unfair practices or fraud.
Not following the placement drive schedule, dress code, grooming standards, or failing to carry required documents.
Any other inappropriate behavior will not be accepted by the institute and may lead to punishment.
Any attempt to contact the company directly (unless officially advised) will lead to strict disciplinary action, which may also affect the student’s academic record.
Students who receive a placement offer on their own must submit a copy of the offer letter to the Placement Cell.
Any student selected through the institute’s placement process must collect the appointment letter from the Placement Cell.
