LEAD College of Management provides its flagship Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programs. This two-year, full-time residential course is approved by AICTE and affiliated with the University of Calicut.

The three main components of this test such an Online Test designed to assess academic aptitude and reasoning skills, a Group Activity like teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities, and a Personal Interview where individual strengths, aspirations, and fit with the institution are explored. Impressively, provisional results are shared on the same day as the test. The total fee for the MBA program is INR 8,00,000.
Candidates who want to pursue the MCA program at LEAD College of Management must hold a recognised graduate degree such as B.E., B.Tech., B.Sc, B.Com., B.A., B.Voc., or BCA with a minimum of 50% marks (or 45% for reserved category students). Applicants should have studied Mathematics either in class 12th or during their bachelor's. For those without a mathematics background, the college provides a compulsory bridge course to meet academic requirements.
