Krea University offers various courses such as BA, BSc, BA (Honours), BSc (Honours), BBA+MBA, MBA, and PhD programs with specialisation in Science and Humanities. The overall course duration is 2 to 4 years, while the Integrated program spans 5 years. These programmes are offered by the various centres and schools, including SIAS, IFMR GSB. The courses offered by the School of Interwoven Arts and Sciences have a wide range of major and minor subjects. The fee structure of UG programs varies widely. For the undergraduate course cycle 2026-30, the tuition fee is INR 8,75,000 per annum, which is subject to revision every year. While the students have to pay INR 35,000 as the admission fee at the time of the offer acceptance, which is refundable as per the UGC guidelines. The fee collection may be paid on an instalment basis for the relaxation of students. Students also pay INR 2,15,000 per year for living expenses, which includes hostel, food, laundry, and sports facilities. For undergraduate students, one one-time refundable deposit is INR 50,000, which can be paid in instalments.  The application fee is INR 1000 for undergraduate students. The fee structure and all other charges may vary depending on the programs and specialisations. 

Krea University also offers financial assistance and scholarships to deserving students. The scholarship is categorised into two types, namely the Laksmi Scholarship Program and the merit-based scholarship program.
