At the postgraduate level, KIM Pune provides a two-year, full-time residential PGDM program that aims to equip students with real-world experience and set them up for management success. Kirloskar Institute of Management Admission Eligibility Criteria 2025
To apply for the PGDM program at KIM in 2025, students should have a bachelor’s degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) in any subject from a recognised university with at least 50% marks. Students who are in their final-year of graduation are also eligible to apply. Applicants seeking admission to this course must clear certain entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT, ATMA, or MH-CET. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Group Discussion and a Personal Interview as part of the selection process.

Kirloskar Institute of Management provides scholarships to students who do well in exams and maintain good performance during the PGDM course. Students who score in the 95th percentile or higher in entrance exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, or MAT can get a scholarship of INR 1,00,000. To receive it, they must have a GPA or CGPA of 7.20 or above in the first five trimesters. The scholarship is applied in the sixth trimester and helps reduce the last instalment of the course fee.
Students who score between the 90th and 95th percentiles in these exams can get a scholarship of INR 60,000. To become eligible, students need to maintain a GPA or CGPA of at least 6.413 in the first five trimesters. This scholarship is offered in the sixth trimester. These scholarships are given for hard work and excellent academic performance, making it easier for students to complete their PGDM studies.
