The placement 2025 shall start in the month of July, where the companies visit the campus, where students register themselves and submit resumes, pre-placement talks (PPTs), PPOs announced, a written exam/group discussion, and final selections will be made. Apart from having good placement records, KCE Society's Institute of Management & Research (KCES IMR) also focuses on helping students grow in their careers. The Training & Placement Cell works hard to connect students with top companies and supports them throughout the process. As part of the placements in session 2024, many companies across several fields, such as IT, consulting, manufacturing, and financial services, offered job opportunities to students. According to the placement figures, reputed organisations have been recruiting students successfully who offer a reputed package. The institute has had very good records of campus placement in recent years, averaging more than 70% placements in the past 5 years, and the results give the students a wonderful career opportunity. KCE Society’s Institute of Management and Research has a strict policy for the smooth functioning of placement offers. Here is the streamlined placement process of the institute step-by-step:
Step 1: Students must register their names as per the format provided by the placement departments.
Step 2: Students are required to follow the institute's resume template available on the placement website/training, and placement cell. Students must take care of the details provided in the resume, if found violating the information, candidates will be disallowed from the placement process for the rest of the academic year.
Step 3: Students are required to be seated in the venue 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the PPT, and the dress code is important.
The placement cell is led by Prof. Punit Sharma, who has over 17 years of experience in both teaching and the corporate world. He has taken more than 500 sessions and written 4 books to help students with personal grooming, communication skills, and job readiness. Students get full support in building strong resumes, preparing for interviews, and improving soft skills. The institute also conducts workshops, mock interviews, and group discussions to make students more confident. Dr. Shama Saraf (MBA Placement Coordinator) and Mr. Prakash Bari (MCA Placement Coordinator) guide the students and help them find good job opportunities based on their strengths and interests.
KCES IMR also gives students chances to go on industrial visits, work on live projects, and attend training programs, so they get real-world experience. The summer and winter internships also help students learn about the work environment and improve their practical knowledge. The institute keeps strong connections with many companies and past students (alumni) who also support placement activities. With all these efforts, students are well-prepared to get good jobs and build successful careers.
