- Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFW) for BPL Students:
The institute provides TFW Scholarships, which seats up to a maximum of 5% of the sanctioned intake B.Tech course shall be available under the Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme. These seats shall be surplus in nature. The waiver is limited to the tuition fee. All other Fees except tuition fees will have to be paid by the beneficiary.
- KIITEE Merit Scholarship:
KIIT Bhubaneswar provides this scholarship to the meritorious students of the four-year program. The Institute provides free education to the topper of KIITEE 2025 if admitted to the institute. KIIT provides scholarships to the top 1000 rank holders of KIITEE 2025 for the B.Tech 4-year program during their study period at KIIT.

- KIIT Merit Scholarship:
This is a special scholarship offered to the toppers of the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology. It is provided to the University Toppers of each semester based on the CGPA for the six months.

This is a special scholarship offered only to female students who are natives of Nepal.
