Jaypee Business School Noida Placement 2025
Jaypee Business School, Noida, also boasted a good performance in placements in its MBA and BBA courses. The Training and Placement (T&P) department assists students in preparing to work in companies and in other aspects of the industry by collaborating with companies and industry players. It is well equipped and during visits of employers to the campus, it arranges such activities as placement talks, written tests, interviews and group discussions.
Everything is well-prepared to run the placement process online if needed. Before placements begin, students go through training sessions, guest lectures, and workshops led by experts from different companies to help them feel confident and ready. JBS also offers special training to improve students’ communication and soft skills so that they adjust smoothly from college life to working in a company. A group of students in their second-last year supports the T&P team by helping out and managing different events during placement season.
Jaypee Business School released its placement reports for MBA and BBA students. When the MBA placements 2025 were done, the maximum salary package offered was INR 9.3 LPA. The types of positions offered to students included Business Development Associate, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing Trainee, Functional Consultant on Microsoft Dynamics and IP Admin Analyst.
In the year 2020, the IT sector offered the highest number of placements, approximately 28% of the students graduating in 2024, while the most recruited sectors were IT Services, HR, Education, BFSI (Banking and Finance), and Consulting. In 2024, IT was the highest recruiter of BBA placements (28%), followed by Education (24%) and Consulting (7%). During the placement 2024, the highest salary package offered to the students was INR 11 LPA, with the median salary package standing at INR 7.5 LPA.
Top recruiting companies such as Hike Education, Hyperverge, Popcorn Media, Edoofa, Redrob, Flipkart, NewGenIT, Planet Spark, ST Microelectronics, ToTheNew, Transcend Info System, Chorizo, Reliance, Intellipaat, Traveclan, Meritto, Ceasefire Industry, Zycus, Wealthapp Distributes, Netsmartz, Jaro Education, Convene India, Infoedge, Junglee Games, GIST, etc., visited the campus to hire eligible students.
