For many courses, candidates must clear the JAIN Entrance Test (JET), which may also include rounds such as Group Discussion, Personal Interview, etc. For MBA, candidates with valid scores in national competitive exams (like CAT, MAT, XAT, NMAT, etc.) may get exemption from certain stages of the JET process. Eligibility criteria vary by programme: for undergraduate admissions, students must have passed Class 12 (10+2) from a recognised board.  For postgraduate programmes, a bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate (some relaxation for reserved categories) is required. 

Candidates must fill and submit the application form via Jain University’s online admission portal, pay a non‑refundable application fee, upload required documents, qualify in the JET (if applicable) or provide a valid scorecard (for MBA, etc.), and then complete further rounds (interview, presentation, etc.) as required.

Jain University Online opens UG admissions for the 2026-27 session. Eligible candidates for the Online B.Com in International Finance and Accounting Program should have passed Class XII from any recognised board. Additionally, candidates who are due to appear for the (10+2) examination are also eligible to apply, provided they meet the other eligibility criteria.

For B.Com in Corporate Accounting, eligible candidates must have passed the (10+2) examination from a recognised board, such as the State Board, CBSE, NIOS, IGCSE, IB, or ICSE, all of which must be acknowledged by the State or Central Government. Additionally, candidates should have registered for the Foundation Course or be eligible for exemption from the Foundation Course of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Candidates who are due to appear for the (10+2) examination are also eligible to apply, provided they meet the other specified criteria.

Eligibility for the Online BCA in Computer Science and IT Program requires candidates to have passed the (10+2) examination from a recognised board, including State Board, CBSE, NIOS, IGCSE, IB, or ICSE, all of which must be acknowledged by the State or Central Government. For the 2026 academic session, Jain University Online has an ongoing admission process. Eligibility for the Online BBA in Marketing Program requires candidates to have passed Class XII from any recognised board.
