ISB or Indian School of Business, with its campuses in Mohali and Hyderabad, has an excellent placement record. With the term of 2025 getting closer to an end, the upcoming 2025 placement season will be conducted soon across both campuses. As of yet, over 816 students have enrolled for the placement season 2025. Based on last year's data, ISB Mohali and Hyderabad saw an intensive growth in their placement season. Over 870 candidates participated in the placement drive of 2024.
More than 1208 job offers were made by some of the renowned companies based in Indian and around the world. According to the 2024 placement report, the institute saw over 405 company visits. In this drive, 80% of the candidates received offers with salary packages exceeding INR 35 LPA. Past two years, top recruiters have been Accenture, Microsoft, Amazon, Pfizer, Airtel, Mastercard, Nykaa, Deloitte, Cognizant, L'Oréal, etc.
With triple-digit offers, Accenture and Deloitte led the 2024 recruitment drive. Candidates received 27 international job offers across various nations of Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. The institute saw 70 new participants from widely renowned companies, namely these were, Tata Steel, IDFC FIRST Bank, India Sotheby's, and PI Investment Advisors. Over 109 offers were made through the first-time recruiting companies.
With that, the institute has successfully conducted the ISB Mohali placement drive of 2024.
