The application process is currently active with the INR 1800 application fee. For admission in the PGDM program, general category candidates must have 50% marks in a bachelor’s degree. For the reserved category students, the required minimum marks are 45% in graduation. Admission to the PGDM program requires entrance exam scores such as CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, and MAT, as per AICTE requirements.

The minimum eligibility criteria for a PGDM course are that they must have scored 50% (45% for reserved categories) in their bachelor's degree. All AICTE programmes require a test score of CAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, and MAT as per AICTE requirements. Selection to this program is based on academic results, entrance exam scores, followed by a personal interview and group discussion. The deadline to apply for the PGDM course is January 20, 2026. Candidates in the final year of their bachelor's degree can also apply for the PGDM program, but they must complete all degree requirements by September 30, 2026. For the PGDM program admission, Group Discussion and Personal Interview are scheduled to be conducted on 27th and 28th February 2026.
ISB&M Pune offers PGDM programs in various specialisations such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Operations Management, Media and Communication, and Business Analytics. The PGDM programme has 6 trimesters, like top IIMs and XLRI, and includes an 8-week summer internship. Admissions for the PGDM 2026–2028 batch are currently open from September 2025. Students can apply online or offline, and the last date to fill out an online application form is January 20, 2026. The selection process is based on academic results and entrance exam scores, followed by a personal interview and group discussion, which will be held on 27th and 28th February 2026. To join the PGDM program, candidates must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks and a valid score in CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, or ATMA.
The PGDM program at ISB&M Pune has its own educational criteria that candidates must follow to be eligible for the program. Admission is based on a multi-stage process that includes admission application submission, admission test score verification, group discussions and individual interviews, making the selection process easy. The selection process follows an evaluation system, which includes a 25% written test, 25% academics, group discussion and 40% personal interview and 10% work experience. For good candidates, a low written test score is not always a problem because ISB&M selects students based on their overall profile.
Online Application Process
Step 1: The application form is available at https://isbm.ac.in/nande/.
Step 2: Fill out the registration form by entering your name, email ID, and mobile number.
Step 3: After completing the registration process, log in again to fill out the application form.
Step 4: Once the application form opens, fill out personal and academic details, including your family details and class 12th and graduation marks.
Step 5: Submit all the required documents in a specific format, such as photographs should be in JPEG or JPG. While others should be in PDFs.
Step 6: Submit the form by paying the application fee by using the accepted payment method. Application processing fee can be paid through debit card, credit card or net banking.
Please note: Application fees are non-refundable.
Offline Application Process
Candidates who want to apply offline can directly take the application from the respective campus. Marketing offices of ISB&M also provide the application form , so candidates can also gather and submit the form there. The application fee for both online and offline will be the same, i.e., INR 1800.
