The Institute offers a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management through the School of Sports Management and a Bachelor of Sports Science through its School of Science. Both these courses are recognised by the UGC. Furthermore, the Bachelor of Sports Management is a three-year, full-time course, and students should have completed class 12th with a minimum of 40% marks in all subjects to pursue this course.
Whereas, students who want to pursue the three-year Bachelor of Sports Science course should have passed class 12th in PCB from a recognised state board/CBSE/ISC or A-Level, IB, American 12th grade, and or an equivalent. First is the Master of Sports Management, which is a two-year course, and students who want to get admission into this course should have graduated in any field from a recognised university with a minimum of 40% marks in all subjects.
Second is the Master's in Sports Science, and it is also a two-year course. Students who want to get admission into this course should have graduated with a minimum of 40% marks in Life Sciences or Biological Sciences, MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, any allied paramedical fields, or a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science.
The Institute also offers a PGP in Sports Management course, which is an 11-month, full-time course. Keeping in mind the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (IIM Mumbai) and the International Institute of Sports & Management (IISM) have collaborated and introduced the One-Year Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Management.
It is a one-year full-time course, and candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA. Furthermore, 5% to 10% relaxation is given to candidates who have participated in sports at the National and international levels.
