The IIHMR follows a set of strict guidelines to consider applicants eligible for the courses conducted at the campus. The following are the eligibility criteria for the students opting for admission:
For MBA courses, students must hold a bachelor's degree in any stream with at least 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category) in the qualifying Examination on an overall basis, and they should have taken any one of the Management Aptitude tests: CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/GMAT/CMAT/NMAT/GPAT.
Applicants who are appearing at their final year examination for the bachelor's degree or awaiting the results declaration of the final year degree exams are also eligible to apply.
In case the applicant hasn’t appeared for any of the MAT exams, he will need to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the IIHMR Delhi (IIHMRDMAT). Students who qualify in this test will go to the further rounds of group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI).
For the FPM course programme, postgraduate entry test scores (GMAT/GRE/CAT/JRF) and work experience are required; in case the candidate fails to submit them, he has to appear in the Fellow Programme Evaluation Test (FPET) that is conducted by IIHMR.
