The placement drive of 2024 was a success, with more students getting placed with national and international job offers. A record 405 companies participated, including 70 first-time recruiters such as Tata Steel, IDFC FIRST Bank, and PI Investment Advisors, signalling growing confidence in ISB’s talent pool. These newly joined companies gave over 190 job offers to ISB candidates. With 100% high triple-digit offers, Deloitte and Accenture led the recruitment drive. The Consulting and Technology sectors emerged as one of the leading hiring sectors. Over 50% job offers originated from these two sectors. While 10% offers came from BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sectors, such as Fintech, Venture capital, and Investment Banking.
Top firms like McKinsey, Nagarro, and Navi Technologies each made 20 offers to students. ISB Hyderabad placements continue to demonstrate the institute’s leadership as one of India's premier Management institutions with exceptional placement results. During the most recent placement cycle, 1208 offers were extended by top recruiters spanning diverse industries, reflecting the institute's wide-reaching appeal. Industry giants like Accenture, Nykaa, Amazon, Microsoft, Pfizer, Airtel, and Deloitte led the recruitment efforts, offering roles across various domains. Notably, international opportunities also surged, with 27 offers rolled out across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, showcasing ISB’s global reach.
The standout achievement, however, lies in the salary packages statistics—an impressive 80% of students secured packages above INR 35 LPA. This milestone places ISB Hyderabad and Mohali firmly among the top Management institutions in India when it comes to earning potential, further solidifying their reputation for producing world-class business leaders. Such outcomes continue to drive interest in ISB Hyderabad admission each year.
The diverse recruiter participation and competitive packages underscore the institute’s robust academic excellence and industry relevance, making it a top destination for aspiring management professionals. As the 2025 academic term nears completion, ISB Hyderabad is preparing for another high-impact placement season, with over 816 students already registered to participate. With the commencement of the pre-placement talk of the year 2025, the institute is expecting to see more job offers compared to last year. In 2024, total registered students were 870, while as of this year, 2025, the number of students that registered for the placement drive of 2025 is 816. However, the institute has seen a surge in gender diversity, with over 7% enrollment coming from female candidates.
