IIFT Delhi has now started its admission for the academic year 2025 to various Postgraduate programs in India, such as MBA (International Business), MBA (Business Analytics), Executive MBA, MA in Economics and PhD programs.
The popular program of IIFT is MBA IB, and to become eligible for admission, students must have completed their graduation with a minimum of 50% marks, along with a valid CAT score. Screening at the shortlisting stage is done by using CAT scores, academic performance, representing diversity, and work experience. Shortlisted candidates are to be taken through a Group Discussion and a Personal Interview. All these elements are calculable in a cumulative score to form the final merit list.

IIFT Delhi provides a wide array of courses in 2025, having varying eligibility criteria based on the requirements of the respective academic and professional needs of the potential students.
For the MBA in International Business and MBA in Business Analytics programs, candidates must have a bachelor's degree of three years or more duration in any field from a recognised university with at least 50% marks (45% in the case of SC/ST/PwD categories). The students who study in their final year can also participate, as long as they present proof of graduation at the time of applying. To be considered, a valid set score CAT is mandatory.
The Executive MBA programs are dedicated to working professionals, such as the Executive MBA in Business Administration or the Executive MBA in Public Policy & Management. Students should have completed their graduation or equivalent degree with three years of managerial/executive-level work experience being the norm. Selection is based on their eligibility, work experience, and their performance during the interviews or written tests.
To be eligible for the MA in Economics (Specialisation in Trade and Finance), the student is required to have a bachelor's degree either in economics or any related course. Students are selected through entrance examination and interviews, focusing on their academic background and research promise.
Lastly, Management and Economics in PhD systems also require a master's degree in a related field; there has to be a sound academic record. The applicants will need to show their research ability, usually by taking admission tests and interviews.
IIFT Delhi has a great placement season in 2025 and builds the reputation of being a top B-school. The highest rate of international salary package was INR 85.4 LPA, and the domestic package was INR 75.60 LPA.
The median of INR 25 LPA and an average of INR 27.30 LPA showed a uniform increase in compensation. There are various scholarships offered by IIFT Delhi, which will help in supporting students having different financial backgrounds. The New Scholarship Scheme (NSS) applies to 10% of the students who are in full-time programs, and they are eligible to receive a 20% tuition fee as a scholarship. This is a means-cum-merit scheme where a family income is a 70% weightage and academic achievement (CGPA) a 30% weightage.
It is open to students who have a family income that is below INR 8 lakh each year, and it is a scholarship that is paid after the completion of the course. Also, the Need-Based Scholarship Scheme is one in which there is an interest subsidy on educational loans for as long as 27 months and students whose family income is less than INR 6 lakh are focused upon. Access to government scholarships, such as those of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, and the Ministry of Minority Affairs (to SC/ST/OBC students, as well as students belonging to the minority), is also made relatively easy with the assistance of IIFT.
