The placement process at IMS Noida is organised by the Corporate Resource Centre (CRC), which maintains all the activities regarding the student recruitment process and internships. Below is a brief explanation of this process:
Once the placement drive starts at the Institute, companies are sent an invitation to take part in the placement process. It is up to the companies whether they want to accept or reject the invitation.
Companies that accept the invitation for the placement drive inform the colleges so that they can organise pre-placement talks on their campus. They tell about the vacancies that are available in the company, job descriptions, and other important information.
After the pre-placement talks, students can register with the placement cell so that they can participate in the selection process that the companies organise. It includes screening and a written examination, group discussion, and an individual interview.
Companies make a list of all the students who are selected during their selection process and also provide offer letters for them. Students need to accept and reject the offer letter within a given time-frame.
If a student accepts an offer, they have to exit the placement drive, and if a student is unable to get an offer letter, the Institute will help them in the next placement drive.
