IIMT Group of Colleges Admission Overview 2026
IIMT Group of Colleges invites admission to a variety of UG, PG, and Diploma courses in fields such as Engineering, Management, Computer Applications, Marketing, Finance and Pharmacy. The admission into the IIMT Group of Colleges is mainly based on entrance examinations followed by personal interviews conducted by the official authorities of the university.
To be eligible for B.Tech. programs, students need to complete their 12th class with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and one optional subject like Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or Biology with at least 45% of marks. Candidates also need to take the JEE Main or CUET recognised entrance exam to gain admission into B.Tech programs. Students who already have a diploma will have an option for lateral entry with a minimum of 50% of total marks.
To be eligible for PG programs such as MBA or MCA, students will need to hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and have taken MAT or CAT or CUET entrance examinations along with their Bachelor’s degree. The IIMT Group of Colleges also provides Diploma in Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Automobile Engineering, and Production & Maintenance Engineering. Entrance to these diploma courses will follow the JEECUP entrance examination.

IIMT Group of Colleges Admission Eligibility Criteria 2026
To get admission into the IIMT Group of Colleges, Greater Noida, the entry-level requirements depend on the program and level of study chosen by the candidate. In addition, some basic academic requirements are similar for all courses.
For B.Tech programs, students need to have completed Class 12th or an equivalent from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and one of the following subjects as mandatory subjects with one of the following subjects Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or Biology, with at least 45% . Admission mainly depends on entrance test scores like JEE Main and CUET, and the selection process is managed through application followed by personal interview (PI) whereas for admission to the B.Tech in CE, ME, and ECE Lateral Entry, candidates must have Diploma in Engineering with 50% of marks.
For M.Tech and other postgraduate programs, applicants need to have a Bachelor's degree in a related subject with a minimum of 55% marks, and also require a CUET entrance exam scorecard.
Furthermore, for admission in Diploma programmes at the IIMT Group of Colleges, candidates need to complete their 10th and 10+2 in any stream with 35% of marks.
