IIM Nagpur launched its Doctoral Programme in the academic year 2021–22. The goal is to develop socially aware and contextually relevant researchers and future faculty who aim to become thought leaders in management. The program lasts four years. In the first two years, students complete coursework and take a comprehensive exam. After that, they begin their thesis work, guided by an advisory committee.
