The another course of Indian Institute of Management Jammu is Dual degree programme in technology and management. The main aim of this IIM Jammu course is to prepare students to undertake techno-managerial roles in the corporate and public sectors. The duration of the Dual Degree programme is divided into two distinct stages: 4 years of the B.Tech Programme (8 semesters) and 2 years of the MBA programme (6 semesters).
Also, this IIM Jammu course has an exit option in which candidates can exit the programme after completion of the 4th year and students will be granted a degree of B.tech along with a certificate of Management as per the New Education Policy 2020.

Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is a full-time doctoral programme that offers research scholars opportunities for advanced studies and research in different areas of 'management'. This IIM Jammu course aims to prepare research scholars for careers in teaching and research in management studies, for careers in academic institutions and in other related disciplines and organisations that require advanced analytical and research capabilities. PhD Programme offers its research scholars an opportunity to engage in high-quality intra-disciplinary as well as interdisciplinary research.
