The Post-Doctoral Fellowship Program at IIM Amritsar lasts for two years and can be extended by one more year if the fellow’s work is good. Fellows must complete at least two research papers during the program, with one accepted for publication and the other under review.
They also complete coursework in management and research methods. Fellows follow the institute’s rules, get up to 24 days of leave per year, and must give one month’s notice if they decide to leave. The institute can also end the fellowship at any time without giving a reason.
