IILM Institute for Higher Education Lodhi Road (New Delhi) has well designed undergraduate and postgraduate programs in management, such as BBA and PGDM, which have been developed to create professionals who are ready to become leaders in the future.
The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is open to graduates belonging to any academic field with a minimum 60% aggregate at a recognised university. Students in their final year are also welcome to apply provisionally as long as they do so, subject to submission of final documentation against academic deadlines. The candidates are further required to possess a valid ranking on one of the national-level management entrance tests, namely CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, NMAT, or GMAT. The specialisations covered under the PGDM program are Entrepreneurship and Family Business, General Management, and Generatives & AI & Analytics.
At the undergraduate degree, IILM provides a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) to applicants who have scored at least 55% marks in Class 12 or an equivalent in any stream, with Mathematics and English at Class 10th level. BBA admission machinery includes an online/offline application together with a face-to-face personal interview that performs a screening of academic experience, communication ability and career specifications. The specialisations available at the BBA program include Entrepreneurship, International Management, Communication, Psychology, and Business Analytics.
To be considered in either program, applicants must enclose the mandatory documents as academic marksheets (Class X, XII and graduation in case of PGDM), entrance test score sheets (in case of PGDM), identity proof (officially issued by the government), passport size photographs, and resume in case of work. The programs are designed in such a way that they combine academic perfection with practical experience so that after their graduation, the graduates are fully prepared both in corporate jobs and as entrepreneurs.
