Indian Institute of Information Technology Ranchi Admission overview 2025
IIIT Ranchi offered admission in multiple programs like UG, PG, and PhD in different fields like Science, Management, and Humanities. For the UG programs, students must pass in 12th class with a 75% mark from a recognized board, and (65% for reserved categories). In JEE Main, the seat allotment is managed by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). Along with that, the institute offers full-time and part-time PG in M.Tech.
For admission in the PG program, students must clear the GATE entrance examination with a valid score, and the (non-GATE) candidates can also apply for admission with 60% in their bachelor's degree
And for the PhD program, students must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
For the UG program, the fee structure is based on a semester-wise which is INR 2,05,000 for the 1st semester, and it includes the admission application fee, which is INR 1,000. Indian Institute of Information Technology Ranchi offers various UG, PG, and PhD programs with different eligibility criteria for the academic session of 2025.
Students must complete their 12th class with a minimum of 75% (65% for reserved categories) from a recognized board.
