The Indian Institute of Aircraft Engineering Dwarka offers specialised programs in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME). It offers training in two license categories:
B1.1 (Mechanical): Focuses on heavy aircraft and turbine engines, equipping students with the skills to maintain and repair complex mechanical systems.
B2 (Avionics): Covers aircraft electrical systems, instrumentation, communication, and navigation systems, preparing students for the difficulties of modern avionics.
These courses are approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), India, and adhere to CAR-147 (Basic) standards.
