IBMR Gurgaon Admission Eligibility Criteria 2025
Candidates who want to join the BBA UGPM or BCA UGPM programs at IBMR Gurgaon must have completed their Class 12 from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks. These programs are ideal for those looking to build a career in business management or IT after school.
For admission to the PGDM 4.0 course, candidates must hold a graduation degree with at least 50% marks. They also need to appear for a national-level entrance test such as CAT, XAT, MAT, NMAT, CMAT, or take IBMR’s own test (ICAT). After clearing the test, students must go through a personal interview round to complete the selection process.
Those applying for the MBA + PGPM program must also be graduates with a minimum of 50% marks. The course offers job opportunities by providing training in various industries and enhancing their practical skills.

IBMR Gurgaon Scholarships 2025
IBMR Gurgaon offers scholarships to students based on their academic performance. For students applying to MBA + PGPM and PGDM (Dual Specialization) programs, scholarships are given according to marks scored in graduation:
Students who scored 75% or more can get a scholarship of INR 10,000 as a total course fee.
Those with 85% or more can receive INR 20,000.
Students scoring 95% or above are eligible for a scholarship of INR 30,000.
In addition to this, students who perform well in entrance exams also get special scholarships:
MAT or CMAT score of 90% and above: INR 10,000 scholarship
CAT score of 85% and above: INR 10,000 scholarship
For BBA and BCA programs, the scholarship is based on 12th board results:
Students with 80% or more get INR 10,000 off on the total fee.
Those with 90% or more get INR 20,000.
If the score is 95% or higher, the scholarship amount increases to INR 30,000.
