Haridwar University offers various Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Doctoral programs in different streams like Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Agriculture, Health Sciences, and Arts & Humanities. The fee structure varies depending on the program, ranging between INR 67,000 and INR 1,90,000 (first-year fees). Admissions are conducted through both online and offline modes. The admission process for all UG and PG courses for the academic year 2026-27 is open now, and the last date to fill out an application form for admissions is 30 June 2026 (Tentative). While applying for admissions, students must pay the application fee of INR 1,000.

Haridwar university offer a wide range of programmes under the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels, offering courses like B.Tech, BCA, Bsc, BBA, B.pharma, B.Com, MCA, M.Tech, MBA, Msc, PhD, phd and D.Pharm under the various specialisations. However, these courses come under a certain eligibility criterion, which is as follows
For admission at the Haridwar University to UG programs like B.Tech, students must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, with at least 60% marks from a recognised board.
To become eligible for D.Pharma, candidates must have passed 10+2 with PCM/ PCB, with at least 50% marks.
Students must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks to become eligible for MBA/ MCA admission.
For the post-graduation programme, a candidate must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks, depending on the chosen course, along with the specialisation. However, there is a 5% relaxation for the reserved category, such as SC/ST/OBC, etc.
For admission to the PhD programme, a candidate must have a master's degree with a minimum of marks from a relevant area of study.

Additionally, Haridwar University provides Sports Scholarships, where students with National, State, District, or School-level achievements receive tuition fee waivers ranging from 10% to 50%. Students can avail only one scholarship based on the applicable criteria.
