GRT Institute of Engineering and Technology has a dedicated department for training and placement. The training and placement cell of the Institute conducts many training programmes for the students to develop their technical knowledge and soft skills for Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Reasoning, etc. The training and placement cell also conducts training programs like Mock interviews, Group discussions, and Oral and Written Communication Skills for the final-year students by HR managers from different industries.
The training and placement cell of the institute acts as a bridge between companies and students, who are pursuing UG and PG courses at GRT Institute of Engineering and Technology, as many reputed companies regularly visit the institute to conduct campus interviews. In 2022, top recruiters such as DeltaX, Indiamart, Tech Mahindra, Cisco, Byju’s, Capgemini, etc visited the campus and offered packages to the students.
