Placement criteria in GRMI is conducted in a very structured manner which is much helpful to students pursuing diploma courses. GRMI mandates 8 to 12 weeks internship courses as a part of their academic program. Students must successfully complete their internship tenure. A candidate's performance during the internship plays an important role during their final job placement.
Candidates must attend the Resume making workshops, Guest Lectures, communication and personality development counseling sessions, mock interviews and domain specific training sessions during the completion of the program.
During the PGDRM course, candidates who crossed the attendance above 80% in each subject, attending regular academic sessions, seminars, training sessions, excellent work during internship etc during the PGDRM program have eligibility to be provided with Placement Assistance by the Institute.
GRMI is not equipped with any dedicated Placement cell, though there is a CRC which guides students through regular training sessions, counselling, mock interviews and other various modes. Shortlisting for placement is done by respected companies only. There is a placement team by GRMI to guide students for their placement related issues.
Average salary offered during placement drive stands at INR 9.25 LPA. GRMI claims a 97% placement record for eligible candidates, specially for those who maintain their classroom attendance, excellent academic records and acted professionally during full academic session. Over 400 students have been enrolled in the PGDRM program.
