Below is a list of Galgotias University’s placement policy. These policies help students understand how the placement process works & some of the do’s and don’ts related to placement.
Students who are appearing for the on-campus and off-campus must register with the Career Planning & Development Division (CCPD).
It is the responsibility of the students to ensure that his or her data entered with the CPDD office is correct. These include information about their percentage, email ID, contact number, and more.
Before students become a part of the placement drive, all students need to ensure that they meet the company’s eligibility criteria.
All announcements about the CPDD activities, schedules, and other important notifications will be sent to student placement coordinators. Circulation of these notices will be considered as an official means of communication between CPDD and the students.
Students are not allowed to use cell phones, laptops, talking or walking out during the PPT is prohibited.
Students should strictly follow the placement drive schedules. If they report late to the placement drive, they will be sent back and not allowed to attend the drive.
Once the student has attended the first round and is shortlisted for further rounds, he/she is advised to appear for all the remaining rounds of the recruitment process.
Students are advised to follow the dress code mentioned before attending any recruitment drive.
