Fortune Institute of International Business New Delhi, has seen a tremendous growth in its placement record. For the PGDM and PGDM-FM Batch of 2023-25, 96% of students got placed, which is a significant growth, with over 135 top recruiters offering 156 wide range of job roles.
More than 300 corporate partners are involved through CIP and SIP programs, and several new recruiters have joined as well. The Institute has above 500 recruiter connections. The highest CTC reached up to INR 25 LPA, and the average CTC offered was INR 8.5 LPA. The top 20% of the students are offered an average salary of INR 12 LPA. By providing experiential learning opportunities, FIIB ensures that students are equipped for life in the real world. The institute helps students gain confidence and real-world experience through focused skill development workshops and internships.
Fortune Institute of International Business has a network of more than 3800 accomplished and connected alumni and has more than 24 alliances and partnerships. The Institute has more than 500 managed recruiter relationships.
Through its practical internship programs, such as the Corporate Internship Program and the Social Internship Program, FIIB has relationships with more than 500 corporate partners. Popular hiring sectors that took part in the recent placement drive of FIIB are IT, manufacturing, finance, consulting, and E-commerce. Top recruiters included TCS, Paytm, Jio, Asian Paints, Capgemini, H&M, Hero, ANZ, FIITJEE, Standard Chartered, ITC Limited, and TATA Consumer Products, who offered jobs to the students.
A total of 226 students participated, of whom 216 opted for the placement. Around 87.1% of fresher students have been selected, of which female students were around 39.3%. Around 27 students received their first job offer, and 15 students received more than one offer letter. More than 95% students were placed in the marketing sector, 43% in finance, and 25% in the operations sector, & above 36% students are placed in the HR and business analytics domain.
