Dronacharya Group of Institutions has a dedicated centre called the Career Development Centre. The main aim of the Career Development Centre (CDC) is to support the holistic development of the students, preparing them not just for jobs, but also to acquire skills and technical knowledge, and experience for a successful career. The placement cell prepares its students through resume-building sessions, GD/PI workshops, personality development seminars, and other activities. The institute also offers the opportunity of summer internships, which can range from 4 weeks to 6 months in duration in top companies, with up to 6 months of a long internship programme. The internship includes 45+ hours of hands-on sessions. The top recruiters of the internship include Goldman Sachs, Accenture, Infosys, etc.
The placement process, however, is completed through various steps. At first, the institute indicates interest in employing students from a range of top companies under their preferences. These top companies verify the hiring and hold pre-placement discussions about work roles. After discussion, the companies shortlist the potential students and start the final hiring process by conducting interviews with the students.
