Dr Mar Theophilus Institute of Management Studies was established in 2021 under the umbrella of the St. Mary’s Group of Institutions. DMTIMS is located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. It provides a dual degree from AICTE & a QS 5 Star European University in PGDM and International MBA. The institute ranked 6th in the Times of India Top Emerging B-Schools in Indian Survey 2025 while ranking 2nd and 3rd in Top Emerging B-Schools in Mumbai in 2024 and 2023, respectively.
This makes DMTIMS a unique and global educational institution that can greatly improve the skill sets and careers of management students. DMTIMS offers a two-year full-time PGDM program with specialisations in Global Finance and Fintech, International Marketing, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management, and International Business Management. The minimum requirement for the PGDM program is to have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks in any discipline from a recognised university. Along with PGDM, the institute also offers an international MBA course in 17 specialisations.
Along with the academic qualifications, a student must have valid scores of any one of the national or state-level exams, such as CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT, ATMA, State CET Tests, and as per AICTE guidelines.

A full-time PGDM Course is offered by the DMTIMS, Mumbai, with a duration of two years. Admission to the course is based on the marks secured by the student in a bachelor's degree (50%) and a valid score in any one of the entrance exams like CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT, ATMA, State CET Tests, and as per AICTE guidelines.

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria to get admitted to the DMTIMS. The minimum eligibility criteria are mentioned below:
To be admitted to the PGDM program, students must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks in any discipline.
A valid score of any of the following entrance exams is also required: CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT, ATMA, State CET tests, and as per AICTE guidelines.
Selected applicants will be called for the Group Discussion, followed by the Personal Interview or Micro Presentation.
For admission to the European University MBA course, candidates must complete a two-year full-time postgraduate program from a recognised institute or university.
