The University offers two doctoral programs, one is the Pharm D, which is a six year doctoral program that is designed to teach students clinical, therapeutic, and patient-care competencies.
Students who want to get admission into this course, should have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology as optional subjects. Admission to this course will be based on the entrance test conducted by DPGU (DPAT). If a student has a valid score in NEET & MHT-CET will be exempted from appearing for the exam.
DPGU by Dr D.Y. Patil Unitech Society also offers a Doctor of Pharmacy– Post Baccalaureate (Pharm D– PB) that helps students specialise in clinical pharmacy and patient-centric healthcare services.
