The College provides admission to their Diploma programs to eligible candidates. Dalia Institute of Diploma Studies offers numerous courses such as Automobile Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, and Mechanical Engineering. 

While applying for these courses, students have to pay the required fee, which is one-time payable. Interested & eligible students need to visit Gujarat's ACPDC centralised process system by filling out an application form and uploading required documents.

Dalia Institute of Diploma Studies Admission Important Dates

There are six diploma programs available at Dalia Institute of Diploma Studies Kheda, which are offered in different streams like Automobile Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, and Mechanical Engineering. Diploma Admission has started on 31st July  and Interested candidates can apply online before the last date 31st August 2025. Admission into the dalia institute of diploma studies is merit based and conducted through Gujarat's ACPDC centralised process. The total tuition fee for all the diploma courses ranges around INR 1.47 Lakh per annum approximately.

Students must match the eligibility criteria which is the Qualifying Examination (10th class) with minimum percentage of marks in subjects prescribed by the AICTE and its recognized boards like the Gujarat Board; or the Central Board of Secondary Education Board (CBSE). The candidate shall have to pass all the subjects of the qualifying examination from a single board.

For the purpose of admission into the Dalia Institute of Diploma Studies Kanera Khedato first year of the Professional Diploma Courses, available seats include the following:- 

• Government Seats, which include all the sanctioned seats of the Professional Diploma Courses in the College; all the sanctioned seats of the Professional Diploma Courses; Fifty percent of the total sanctioned seats of the Professional Diploma Courses in the College;  and all supernumerary seats of the Professional Diploma Courses in the college and in the aided and unaided Colleges or Institutions.

• Management Seats, which includes Fifty percent seats of the total sanctioned seats of the Professional Diploma Courses in the college institutions including fifteen percent of NRI seats. 

Reservation Criteria for admission in Dalia Institute of 

The seats shall be reserved for the candidates who are of Gujarat origin and falling under the following categories and in following proportion, and candidates seeking admission on these reserved seat shall be required to produce a Certificate of inclusion in the concerned category, namely:

• Scheduled Castes (7%)

• Scheduled Tribes (15%)

• Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, including Widows and Orphan of any caste (27%)

• Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs) (10%) 

• Physically Handicapped  (5%)

The last date to apply for admission into Adwaita Malla Barman Smriti Mahavidyalaya is July 2025. The required application fee (as determined by the Admission Committee) should be submitted online on the official website only. Steps to apply:

Step 1: First, Visit the official website of Dalia Institute of Diploma Studies through  Gujarat's ACPDC centralised process.

Step 2: Now, click on the admission portal and create/register for an account by using your email address and Phone number.

Step 3: Verify your email.

Fill the application form by entering your personal details, academic details and choose your favourite course you want to study

Step 4: Fill the  application form 

Upload the necessary documents that are required like marksheet, photograph and more.

Step 5: Now pay the required application fee (as determined by the Admission Committee) through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI (depending on your preferred mode of payment). 

Step 6: Now after following the above steps review all the details and submit the application form before the deadline.

Required Documents

The candidate shall submit  the self-attested copies of the following documents, as per the Gujarat Professional Technical Educational Colleges or Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fees) Act, 2007):- 

• S.S.C. Examination (Standard X) Mark-sheet, 

• School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate, 

• Caste certificate 'for a candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste(SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Socially and Educationally Backward Class (SEBC), issued by the authority empowered by the State Government in this behalf,

• Category certificate for a candidate belonging to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) issued by the authority empowered by the state government in this behalf

• Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate of the family, issued by the authority empowered by the Government in this behalf

• Certificate of Physical Disability, issued and duly signed by the Civil Surgeon/Competent Medical Authority, iri case of a Physically Handicapped candidate

• Certificate of income issued by the authority empowered by the State Government in this behalf, if applicable, and

• Such other certificates as the Admission Committee deems necessary.
