Admission is done through merit with regard to JEE Main in case of the B.Tech program, and merit in the qualifying examination (10+2) in case of lateral entry and other undergraduate programs such as the BCA and BBA. Centralised counselling is done by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES, 75% of the sanctioned intake), and 25% of the intake left is enrolled by the institute itself through its management quota.

BS Anangpuria Institute of Technology and Management provides a wide selection of Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs that have different eligibility conditions to be considered for admission 2025. Admission to the courses offered by the BS Anangpuria is based on both merit and entrance exam results.
For B.Tech admission, students must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory and one of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology or Technical Vocational as an elective subject with at least 45% marks (42.75% SC/ST of Haryana). Selection is based on the JEE Main scores; it is obligatory to attend the centralised counselling organised by the Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES).
