ABS provides a Post Graduate diploma in Management (core), PGDM in Marketing, PGDM in Executive, and PGDM (Part-time) that is formally recognised by AICTE and the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The total duration of the full-time PGDM program is 2 years. The B-School also offers certificate courses in various areas such as Business Communication, Finance, Marketing, and Human Resource.

To get admission into the PGDM, applicants must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum mark of 50%, along with a valid score in AMAT, CAT, XAT, CMAT, and MAT. Candidates can also give the Aurora Management Aptitude Test (AMAT) for the PGDM program. Further admission process includes Group Discussion and a Personal Interview. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
The applicants should also pass one of the recognised national-level entrance exams. These include CAT, XAT, and MAT. Shortlisted candidates are invited for the next round, which includes a personal interview and group discussions.

The scholarships provided by the ABS have three types, and each type is customised to suit a specific group of students. Students with a JEE (Main) or CUET UG score of above 95 per cent are given a full tuition fee waiver under the Merit category. Individuals with a score of between 90-95% receive a 50% concession, and a score between 80-89% receive a 20% fee concession.
The AURUM scholarship, which is only available to undergraduate students, grants 100% of tuition fees to those who have secured first ranks and 50% to those who have secured second or third ranks.
The Sports Scholarship program at Aurora Business School encourages sporting excellence in addition to academic development by offering free tuition fees to students who have been involved in international, national, state, and district sports competitions with a 100%, 50%, 25%, and 15% break, respectively.
Aurora Defence Scholarship provides a concession of 25% of the tuition fees to the children of serving people and servicemen, recognising their commitment and sacrifice in their services, and helping them to obtain higher education.
