

The admissions at Atlas University Mumbai are generally done on the basis of the required entrance exam scores (JEE for engineering courses, ALET for law courses, CAT for management courses, etc.)
Other than that, the university follows the procedure of written aptitude tests and then a personal interview/ group discussion rounds, which are mandatory in the final round to get final admissions confirmations.
Law courses (LLB) require A-LET (Atlas Law Entrance Exam) tests or scores of CLAT/ SLAT/LNAT /AILET/MH-CET for admissions
Technology courses (BTech) take in either JEE scores or Atlas uUGDX scores for the admissions
Management courses require candidates to have the latest exam scores of CAT, XAT, GMAT, etc.
The following criteria are needed to get admission at the undergraduate level in the Atlas University-
Candidates currently in 12th grade & will be appearing for a 10 + 2 examination (e.g.: CBSE, HSC, IBDP, IS,C etc.), or its educational equivalent in any streams(e.g.: Science, Commerce, Arts) with an interest in Design & Innovation are eligible to apply.
Students pursuing or having completed a minimum of three-year graduate programs in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks from any University recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
To get admissions at Atlas University Mumbai for the postgraduate courses, following eligibility criteria are followed:
Students appearing for their final year graduation exams can also apply if they maintain a minimum of 50% aggregate marks at the time of graduation. Students applying for their final exams should not have any outstanding backlogs in previous classes.
Examinations (MBA) – Candidates who have appeared for one of the following entrance tests – GMAT, CAT, NMAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA or any state CET tests are preferred for management courses.
Cut-offs needed for exams as follows: for CAT/XAT: 70%, for NMAT: 200 marks & for CET: 80%
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) / State Board / Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) / National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) – 10+2 IB Diploma/ IB Certificate/ IB CP with minimum 3 Higher Level and 3 Standard Level subjects mandatory with a minimum of 24 points – 10+2 Cambridge Board – At least 2 subjects
The required minimum qualification for admission to a Ph.D. programme shall normally be a two years Master’s Degree from any accredited Indian or Foreign University in the relevant field. She/he must have obtained 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) or grade point average of 6.0 on a 10-point scale (5.5 for SC/ST/PwD candidates) or equivalent. or Equivalent Grade in the Master’s Degree (applicable for all Ph.D. programmes except in Engineering and Technology).
The following criteria is followed for the admissions at Atlas College Mumbai into PhD programmes at Atlas Skilltech University-
The required minimum qualification for admission to a PhD programme shall normally be a two-year Master’s Degree from any accredited Indian or Foreign University in the relevant field. She/he must have obtained 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) or a grade point average of 6.0 on a 10-point scale (5.5 for SC/ST/PwD candidates) or equivalent. or Equivalent Grade in the Master’s Degree (applicable for all PhD programmes except in Engineering and Technology).
For PhD programmes at Atlas University Mumbai under the Engineering & Technology domain and Fashion and Fine Arts domain, the eligibility criteria shall normally be as per the eligibility mentioned against each programme. However, exceptional candidates who have a min CGPA of 8.0 out of 10 in the desired four-year bachelor’s degree of the respective programme in these domains are also eligible to apply, but for a full-time PhD only.
Foreign/ NRI applicants / Applicants with a Master’s degree from a foreign university must apply with an equivalence certificate of AIU along with the Online Application Form
There is only a single application timeline option available (i.e., from June to July) for the PhD courses admissions here at Atlas University Mumbai. After submitting the minimum required number of research papers (2 papers are required for a PhD), candidates must appear for the written Atlas Entrance Test and a personal interview (PI) round.
The applicants must apply through the official website admissions section and submit a statement of purpose (SOP)
In the next step, students are required to give the aptitude test (uGDX test).
In the third round the students are made to appear for a personal interview (PI) round.
