The eligibility criteria for PGDM are to have either a 3-year Bachelor’s degree or a 4-year Bachelor’s degree, and must have a valid score in either of the national tests, namely XAT, CAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, or GMAT, which are conducted for the Management course. For the MBA course, appearance in any of the mentioned national examinations will be considered.
The admission for the core course PGDM is scheduled to continue till December 30, 2025 (Tentative). Applicants need to apply by the given date. INR 1200 will be charged for the application form. XAT 2026 registrations have started. Candidates who are going to take admission for PGDM for the next academic year, which is 2026-28, can register for XAT 2026.

BSc: The minimum eligibility criteria is holding a minimum of 50%-60% in 12th standard from either ICSE/ CBSE/ State or any recognised board of India, and must have a fluency in the English language.
MSc: At least 50% is required in the bachelor’s degree from a recognised university/ institute, and a proficiency certificate in the English language.
MBA: Candidates must have a minimum of 50% in a 3 or 4-year Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university. Valid scores from national-level exams such as CAT, XAT, GMAT, and CMAT will be considered.
PGDM: To be eligible for PGDM, applicants must require to hold a 3 or 4-year Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% and must have a valid score in CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, etc.

With the ISM (International School of Management), Germany, APIM offers a BSc as the UG course. It is a three-year course, for which 2 years are pursued at APIM, New Delhi, while the remaining one year is to be completed at ISM Germany. The fees will be paid the same way. The total fees at APIM New Delhi will be INR 4,75,000 for one year; the same amount will be paid in the second year as well. The third year will be done in Germany, for which, based on the specific nation's currency system, the amount will cost around INR 20,83,706.

The BSc course is offered at APIM in International Management, Information Systems, Finance and Management, and Applied Data Science and Business Analytics. The course is offered in collaboration with ISM, Germany. This course is offered for a 3-year duration.
The entry-level requirement for BSc is to have a scoring mark of at least 50% to 60% in the 12th standard from ICSE/ CBSE/ or any recognised board, with fluency in the English language.

The two-year MBA course is provided in several specialisations such as Healthcare Management, Big Data Analytics, Banking and Financial Services, Finance, Marketing, etc.
With the cooperation of RUDN University, Moscow, Russia, an MBA is available in Healthcare Management, for which the minimum requirement is having a valid score in a relevant field of a Bachelor’s degree. The cost for the MBA will be calculated up to INR 13,50,000 for two years at APIM, New Delhi.

APIM/ AIM offers its most popular course, PGDM, for 2 years. Admission to this course is determined by the merit in Bachelor’s, which should be at least 50% and the entrance score of GMAT, CMAT, CAT, XAT, MAT or any relevant national-level Management entrance exam.
