Asia Pacific Institute of Management provides UG, PG, and PG Diploma courses, which include PGDM (flagship courses), BSc, MSc, and MBA. By fulfilling the minimum requirement, students can get accepted at APIM. The minimum requirement will be scores of Class 12th and a Bachelor’s degree, and scores of the national test.

The eligibility criteria for PGDM are to have either a 3-year Bachelor’s degree or a 4-year Bachelor’s degree, and must have a valid score in either of the national tests, namely XAT, CAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, or GMAT, which are conducted for the Management course. For the MBA course, appearance in any of the mentioned national examinations will be considered.

The admission for the core course PGDM is scheduled to continue till December 30, 2025 (Tentative). Applicants need to apply by the given date. INR 1200 will be charged for the application form. XAT 2026 registrations have started. Candidates who are going to take admission for PGDM for the next academic year, which is 2026-28, can register for XAT 2026.

BSc: The minimum eligibility criteria is holding a minimum of 50%-60% in 12th standard from either ICSE/ CBSE/ State or any recognised board of India, and must have a fluency in the English language.

MSc: At least 50% is required in the bachelor’s degree from a recognised university/ institute, and a proficiency certificate in the English language.

MBA: Candidates must have a minimum of 50% in a 3 or 4-year Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university. Valid scores from national-level exams such as CAT, XAT, GMAT, and CMAT will be considered. 

PGDM: To be eligible for PGDM, applicants must require to hold a 3 or 4-year Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% and must have a valid score in CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, etc.

With the ISM (International School of Management), Germany, APIM offers a BSc as the UG course. It is a three-year course, for which 2 years are pursued at APIM, New Delhi, while the remaining one year is to be completed at ISM Germany. The fees will be paid the same way. The total fees at APIM New Delhi will be INR 4,75,000 for one year; the same amount will be paid in the second year as well. The third year will be done in Germany, for which, based on the specific nation's currency system, the amount will cost around INR 20,83,706.

• For UG admission, students must have Class 12th with a minimum of 50% to 60% from CBSE/ ICSE/ State board. And must have an English Proficiency Certificate.

The BSc course is offered at APIM in International Management, Information Systems, Finance and Management, and Applied Data Science and Business Analytics. The course is offered in collaboration with ISM, Germany. This course is offered for a 3-year duration.

The entry-level requirement for BSc is to have a scoring mark of at least 50% to 60% in the 12th standard from ICSE/ CBSE/ or any recognised board, with fluency in the English language.

The course will require two years to be completed in APIM New Delhi and the third year in ISM, Germany. The fees will be charged as per the year spent in the given institutes. The total fees for two years at APIM will cost INR 9,50,000, which will be charged INR 4,75,000 per annum in instalments. At ISM, Germany,  the total fees for the rest one year will be INR 20,83,706 approximately.

For PG courses, AIM/ APIM offers MSc and MBA with the association of international universities located in Germany and Russia. MSc is offered in partnership with ISM Germany, while MBA is offered with RUDN University, Moscow, Russia. Both courses are two years long, with each year to be completed at APIM, New Delhi, while the next year in the specified nations.

The minimum eligibility requirement is having a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 50%. Appearing in national exams for Management will be counted for MBA admissions. The total fees for both courses will vary depending on the respective nations, while the total fees charged at APIM for both courses range from INR  4,75,000 (MSc annual) to INR 13,50,000 (MBA 2 Years).

The two-year MBA course is provided in several specialisations such as Healthcare Management, Big Data Analytics, Banking and Financial Services, Finance, Marketing, etc.

With the cooperation of RUDN University, Moscow, Russia, an MBA is available in Healthcare Management, for which the minimum requirement is having a valid score in a relevant field of a Bachelor’s degree. The cost for the MBA will be calculated up to INR 13,50,000 for two years at APIM, New Delhi.

APIM/ AIM offers its most popular course, PGDM, for 2 years. Admission to this course is determined by the merit in Bachelor’s, which should be at least 50% and the entrance score of GMAT, CMAT, CAT, XAT, MAT or any relevant national-level Management entrance exam.

Further admission will be based on the interview and the GD session. Admissions are taking place; if eligible candidates can apply before December 30, 2025 (Tentative). The candidate will find the application form on the official website. The total course fee is INR 11,50,000. Students can also apply for various scholarships available at APIM. 

APIM is accepting applications for the current academic year and eligible students are advised to apply before the scheduled deadline date. The application form is available on the  APIM’s official website. The application form fees is INR 1200. The application form filling includes some basic steps for example, registering, logging in, filling out the application form by providing basic and personal details and educational qualifications, uploading required documents, paying INR 1200 as an application fee, and submitting the form.

After the successful completion of the application form, the institute will send a confirmation letter through the provided email/ contact details. Before filling out the application form, candidates must ensure that the provided information is reliable and valid. Incorrect and incomplete data will lead to the rejection of admission.
