Aldel Institute of Management (AIM) is an autonomous management institution that was established in 2024 and is located in Palghar, Maharashtra. AIM is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).
AIM offers two-year full-time post-graduate courses, which are PGDM (General) and PGDM in Pharmaceutical Management. The specialisations covered under the PGDM program are Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, and Business Analytics.
Admission to the PGDM program is based on any of the following entrance exams, such as CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, CMAT, ATMA, or MAH CET. The campus of AIM is new and equipped with the latest infrastructure, including business laboratories, analytics centres, and design thinking places.

Students applying to their desired course must visit the official website and fill out the application form carefully by paying the application fee of INR 1500. To be eligible for admission to the PGDM program, students should possess a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories). On the other hand, for PGDM-PM admission, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Medicine with at least 50% marks. Final-year candidates awaiting the results are also eligible to apply, but they need to secure at least 50% marks. All degree exams should be completed by July.
Along with this, students must have a proof of passing degree with a minimum of 50% marks by September at the time of admission. A valid score of entrance exams is also required, such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ ATMA/ GMAT. The last date to apply online for admission is October 2025 (Tentative).
