AISECT University admission eligibility criteria relies on the course type, specialisation, and the student’s category. For example, students who want to get admission into the Diploma degree should have passed class 10th and 12th with relevant scores. Whereas, the UG programs offered at the university require a minimum score of 40% to 65% in Class 12 from a recognised board. Similarly, for the postgraduate courses, applicants must hold a minimum score of 60% for the general admission category. However, for the reserved category students, applicants are accepted with 40 to 45% of marks.

For the courses offered to the working professionals, the university asks for a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience along with relevant previous qualifications.

As per the official records, students who are from the SC and ST categories get the scholarship if their family income is below INR 2.5 LPA. OBC category candidates can get the scholarship if their family income is below the bracket of INR 1.5 LPA.
