AIIMS Nagpur admits students only through entrance exams for all courses in 2025. The institute offers many courses for students after school and college. These include MBBS, BSc Paramedical, MD, MDS, and other courses. Students who want to study further can also do a PhD, DM, and MCh courses.
The most popular course is MBBS. To apply for the MBBS course, students must pass the NEET UG exam conducted by NTA. For PG and super-speciality courses, students get admission through INI-CET and some exams conducted by the institute. These exams help the institute choose the best students for all courses.
AIIMS Nagpur Fee varies for each course. For MBBS, the total fee for the MBBS is INR 11,936. The first-year fee for BSc (H) Nursing is INR 1,685, for MD, it is INR 1,687, and for MSc, it ranges from INR 1,305 to INR 1,465.

Admission to AIIMS Nagpur is open only to candidates who meet the following eligibility criteria.
MBBS – To be eligible, students need to clear the NEET exam and must have a Class 12 qualification in PCB subjects with at least 50% marks.
BSc (Hons.) Nursing - Applicants should have a Class 12 marksheet with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, and they should take the AIIMS Entrance Examination.
BSc - Students are required to have completed their Class 12 with 50% marks.
MD/ MS – To apply, candidates must have completed MBBS with at least 55% marks and qualified for the INI-CET exam.
MDS – Eligibility requires a BDS qualification with at least 55% marks plus clearance of the INI-CET.
DM (Cardiology) – Students must possess an MBBS degree with a minimum of 55% marks and pass the INI-CET for admission.
MCh – For this course, candidates need to have completed an MD or MS degree.
PhD – Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks.
AIIMS Nagpur helps students get ready for jobs through its Training and Placement Cell. This cell teaches students how to do well in interviews and improve their skills. After studying MBBS for 4.5 years, students must do a one-year internship where they work in hospitals and earn money. This helps them learn real medical work and become more confident doctors.
