AIIMS Bhubaneswar has an impressive record for placement opportunities. Students find employment in leading Indian and foreign health care centres, research institutes, and medical backgrounds. This is done by conducting campus recruitment programs, hospital partnerships, and even by engaging different institutes. According to the NIRF Report 2025, the median annual package for MBBS graduates is INR 14 lakh. Postgraduate programs, such as MD and MS, the average salary package was between INR 12 LPA and INR 18 LPA. Students get an INR 5000 stipend at the time of internship opportunities, and financial support of INR 70,000 from the second year of the program. The placement cell at AIIMS Bhubaneswar prepares students for professional opportunities through group discussions, mock interviews, seminars, webinars, presentations, and other essential activities aimed at improving and developing their skills.
