Administrative Staff College of India, located in Hyderabad, is a public institute that was established in 1956. The college was established under the Government of India in collaboration with industry. With 68 years of experience, the AS College of India is the oldest management institution in India and the 3rd oldest management institute in Asia for students as well as working individuals.
According to the Second Schedule to the Government of India (Allocation of Business) Rules 1961, ASCI is the subject assigned to the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India.
The college introduced the PGDM program in 2019, which is approved by the AICTE and the Government of India. Mainly, PGDM and PGDM in Hospital Management programs are available as a full-time course with a duration of 2 years. Admission to these programs is based on academic and entrance exam qualifications. Only eligible candidates have to appear for a personal interview for final selection.

The Administrative Staff College of India admission for the PGDM and PGDHM Program for the academic year 2025-27 is presently open. To apply online, students must visit the official website of the college, or they can send the completed application form to the admission office of the college. Administrative Staff College of India Admission Eligibility Criteria 2025
For admission to their choice of Program, students must complete the eligibility criteria. The minimum eligibility criteria for both the programs are mentioned below in detail:
To be admitted to the PGDM program, aspirants must have passed a bachelor's degree in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks. Additionally, students must have qualified for any one of the entrance exams approved by AICTE with valid scores. These entrance exams include CAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT/GMAT.
To get admission to the PGDHM Program, applicants must have at least 50% marks in their bachelor's degree in any discipline. Along with the academic results, students must also have valid scores in any of the following entrance exams, such as CAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT/GMAT.
Candidates who are in their final year or have any experience are also eligible to apply for admission. However, final year students must submit their results with 50% marks within the given time.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview for final selection.
