Supporting both students and prospective employers, the Adesh University Placement Cell is an important part of the university. In order to offer placement opportunities, students receive academic and personal development training. The placement cell prepares its students with career awareness programs, resume preparation sessions, GD/PI workshops, personality development seminars, and other activities. The placement process can be summed up in the phases below:
Step 1: The university indicates interest in employing students from a range of esteemed companies under their preferences.
Step 2: The company verifies the hiring.
Step 3: Companies hold pre-placement discussions about work roles.
Step 4: The company shortlists the potential students.
Step 5: The company starts the final hiring process by taking interviews with students.
