On September 9, 2025, IIM Kashipur, Ranchi, Raipur, and Tiruchirappalli made an announcement regarding the JAP 2026 MBA admissions. As revealed on the official news section of IIM Raipur, the Joint Admission Process (JAP) for the year 2026 MBA admissions has been launched. IIM Raipur will be leading the JAP 2026 as the coordinator and will handle all the admission-related processes for the four participating IIMs. This venture streamlines the overall admission process for business education aspirants, as students will now be able to apply to four IIMs simultaneously via a single window.
The JAP 2026 marks a remarkable initiative in resource collaboration, transparency, student-centric admission experience, and excellence that meets the IIM standards. Once the Common Admission Test (CAT) results are declared, eligible management aspirants can secure admissions in any of the four IIMs via the JAP 2026.
IIM Raipur to Coordinate for the JAP 2026
As per the official statement released by the Director-In-Charge at IIM Raipur, Prof Sanjeev Parashar, IIM Raipur is honored with the announcement of the JAP 2026. The joint venture is aimed at promoting collaboration among the four top IIMs: Kashipur, Ranchi, Raipur, and Tiruchirappalli. Via this collaborative venture for MBA admissions 2026, the resources will be optimized, and admissions will be more student-centric.
The officials added that the JAP 2026 venture is a reflection of IIMs’ dedication as a brand for future leaders, to continue to maintain its high standards. Additionally, the Joint Admission Process (JAP) 2026 is a pathway to new opportunities for MBA aspirants.
Latest NIRF Rankings IIMs: Raipur, Tiruchirappalli, Ranchi, and Kashipur
In the latest NIRF rankings for top business schools in India for the year 2025, IIM Raipur, Chhattisgarh, secured 15th position with a score of 65.03. Following the list is IIM Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, with the 16th rank in NIRF 2025, and a score of 64.95. IIM Ranchi, Jharkhand, secured 18th position in the list of top B-schools in India with a score of 62.77. IIM Kashipur, Uttarakhand, is placed at the 23rd position with a score of 61.74 in the NIRF 2025 rankings.
