Doon Business School was established in 2007 and initially affiliated with Uttarakhand Technical University. It is now part of DBS Global University. Doon Business School is also a leading business management school in North India. It is recognised by UGC, and all the courses are approved by AICTE and UGC.
Furthermore, the DBS Global University has been ranked the 5th Best Institution in North India for Management Programs by India Today. It is ranked the 2nd Best Institution in India for Future Orientation, 4th Best Institution in India for Placements, and the 6th Best Private B-School in India according to Business Today.
The B-School offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses, such as BBA, BBA+MBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc Agriculture, B.Sc Forestry, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, and more. Students applying for any of these courses will need to fill out an application form available on the website.

Doon Business School Selaqui Industrial Area Dehradun Uttarakhand offers various courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Some of these courses include BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.Sc, MCA, MBA, and others. Students who wish to apply for any of these courses should fill out the online application form available on the website. However, they must make sure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria.
For example, candidates who want to get admission into any of the undergraduate courses will be evaluated based on their academic performance in class X and XI, and their performance in the DBS Global University Entrance Examination and Online Interview.
Whereas, for postgraduate programs, such as an MBA program, students need to have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks. They also need to have a valid score in any one of the following entrance exam marks, such as CAT, NMAT, GMAT, CMAT, XAT, GRE, or DBS Global University Entrance Examination.
Doon Business School Admission Eligibility Criteria 2026
Below is a list of eligibility criteria for all the courses offered by the Doon Business School:
- To get admission into the BBA course, students should have passed class 12th through any of the Boards affiliated to the Council of Boards of School Education. Similarly, they should have scored a minimum of 80% marks in 4 core subjects, or CUET (UG) Percentile 60 and above will be exempted from giving online interviews.
- Applicants applying for the B.Com course should have passed class 12th from any board with a minimum of 75% marks in 04 core subjects or CUET (UG) percentile 60 and above. If they have scored a percentile of 60 and above, they will be exempted from online interviews.
- Candidates applying for the B Pharma course should have cleared class 12th through any of the affiliated boards with a minimum of 75% average marks in 04 core subjects, such as Physics, Chemistry, with Biology/Maths as a mandatory subject. Or they need to have a CUET (UG) percentile of 60 and above, which allows them to be exempted from Online interviews.
- To get admission into the MBA course, students need to have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% or more. Final year students can also apply, and they also require a valid score in one of the entrance exams, such as CAT, NMAT, GMAT, CMAT, XAT, GRE, or the DBS Global University Entrance Examination.
- For admission into the M.Tech course, candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech CSE, with a minimum of 60% or more. Final year students can also apply for this course, and they also need to appear in the entrance exam, such as GATE, CUET (PG), or DBS Global University Examination, and an online interview.
- If a student wants to get admission through Lateral entry into the B.Tech program in CSE, they should have passed a minimum of three/two years of Diploma examination with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for the reserved category) in any branch of Engineering and Technology. Or they should have obtained a BSc degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 45% (40% in case of reserved category), and they should have passed class 12th with Mathematics as a subject.
Doon Business School Placement
Doon Business School Placement Cell or the Career Development Centre organises special workshops for the students to prepare them for the placement drives. All the students are profiled based on their strengths and weaknesses & a specific guidance plan is created for them. Additionally, the students are also offered internships in Singapore (along with a stipend), where all the costs are covered by the B-School.
In the recent placement drive, more than 350+companies recruit students every year.
