Vivekananda Global University Organises INNOHRVATION 3.0, a Major HR Conclave on the Future of Work

Jaipur, Rajasthan: INNOHRVATION 3.0 - HR Conclave 2025, a national event dedicated to the changing nature of work, workforce, and workplaces, was successfully held by Vivekananda Global University (VGU), Jaipur under the theme of "Reimagining Work, Workforce & Workplace: HR at the Frontier of 2030." The event featured over 25 senior HR professionals and 250+ industry experts participating, along with over 750 management students, resulting in one of the largest HR conferences in Rajasthan this year.

The majority of the discussion focused around the AI powered transformation of HR practices, hybrid work models, competency-based talent development and the impact of both Gen Z and Gen Alpha on the future workforce.

Leaders from the industry provided their insights on areas such as leadership development, digitalisation of HR, workforce planning and organisational adaptability through examples based on their own experiences.

Multinational corporations' executives from Infosys, Wipro, NASSCOM, Business Standard, YES Bank, and AU Small Finance Bank participated as panel members at speakers offered their insights on HR issues that exist now and in the future.

The inaugural session was attended by Prof. (Dr.) N. D. Mathur, President, VGU; Mr. Lalit Panwar, Chairperson, VGU; Er. Onkar Bagaria, CEO, VGU; Dr. Vipin Kumar, Director-HR, Kohler India Ltd., who delivered the keynote address; and Prof. L. K. Maheshwari, Former Vice-Chancellor, BITS Pilani & Board Member, VGU, as the Guest of Honour.

Talks about talents were conducted in Workplace 2030 ("2030 office"), Talent Redefined, and how will we be cooperating with Artificial Intelligence to support humans (Human-AI Synergy). In addition, a special session held by TVRLS focused on building Excellency Performance and Capability Building through Competencies/Gateways to Building Talents. A multitude of participants including industry representatives (companies) and Academians from around the globe showed significant support for Vivekananda Global University as an entity that prepares "Future Ready Professionals" and enhances the overall layer of "India's Talent Ecosystem".
