The Management Orientation Month helped students to prepare for the learning and career challenges of their two-year PGDM program. During this month, students took part in learning sessions, industry interactions, communication activities, team-building exercises and practical learning experiences to improve their skills and overall confidence.
These experiences encourage students to move out of their comfort zones, work with different teams and become more confident in their abilities. The programme also helped them to know the importance of discipline, responsibility and teamwork in management studies and professional life.
The valedictory ceremony will celebrate the achievements of the orientation month and mark the beginning of the students’ next step in their journey. It will remind them that management education is not only about learning business concepts from classrooms but also about building strong values, making better decisions and becoming capable leaders who can handle uncertain situations in a real-time business environment.
The presence of inspiring leaders from the public service industry, technology and education will make this a special beginning for the PGDM Cohort 2026–28 batch. Students at IIBS Bangalore will get the opportunity to connect their classroom learning with real experiences of leadership, innovation and responsibility.
As the orientation month comes to an end, students will move ahead with more confidence, a clear vision and a better understanding of their future journey.
