PGIMER Nursing Admission 2025 Update: The Application Process for B.Sc. Nursing Starts Today

The Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, has today(10 June 2025) opened the application window for BSc Nursing and BSc Nursing (Post-Basic) programs for the academic session of 2025 on its official website pgimer.edu.in.

PGIMER conducts BSc Nursing admission 2025 for entry into one of India’s top medical institutes for candidates who want to pursue nursing. Admission to it is based on a national-level entrance exam conducted by PGIMER, Chandigarh, for both BSc Nursing and BSc Nursing (Post-Basic) programs. The application fee for the exam is in the range of INR 1200 to INR 1500, depending on the category of the student.

Steps to Fill the Application Form

Step 1: Go to pgimer.edu.in and click on the BSc Nursing application link.

Step 2: Register on it by entering your email address and mobile number.

Step 3: Enter personal details, academic qualifications, contact details, and upload other required documents. 

Step 4: Pay the required application fee, which is needed to complete the form.

Step 5: Cross-check all the fields and submit them. After submitting it, take the printout of the admit card.

What happens after the closing of the application window?

The application window for the exam is set to close on 30 June 2025, and PGIER will release the admit card of the eligible students in mid-July 2025. Candidates are advised to fill the application form carefully, as there will not be any correction window.
